Founder’s Story

SaaSy Studios was born out of a decade-long commitment to system redesign, beginning with large-scale implementation strategies in education reform, shifting from traditional models to hands-on, skills-first learning ecosystems that fuel the 21st-century economy. That early work in workforce innovation and technical education laid the groundwork for a deeply embedded design strategy practice. Our founder’s dual graduate degrees, an MBA in Design Strategy and an MFA in Visual Design from California College of the Arts, refined that foundation into what SaaSy is today: a strategic storytelling machine powered by systems thinking and creativity.

Why the swim motif? As an open-water swimmer, Michelle is constantly learning how to navigate unsettling waters. In the same respect, her team of talented cross-functional strategists and designers thrive in the midst of ambiguity bringing clarity to your story so your team can go the distance.
