Operationalizing AI Governance through the Values Canvas

OVERVIEW

In partnership with Olivia Gambelin and Ethical Intelligence, I led the design and development of the Values Canvas, a strategic framework designed to help organizations move from abstract AI ethics principles to practical implementation.

The work focused on translating complex Responsible AI concepts into a usable, systems-driven tool that enables cross-functional teams to align on values, assess risk, and operationalize governance across People, Process, and Technology.

  • A structured approach to align cross-functional teams on ethics, risk, and decision-making

  • A published strategic tool featured in Responsible AI: Implement an Ethical Approach in Your Organization
